2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Laynix AI, you agree to the following terms:

a. Consent to Receive Messages

You consent to receive SMS/text messages from Laynix AI at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include service-related, informational, marketing (where consent has been provided), or customer-requested communications.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

You represent that:

• You are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
• The number provided is accurate.
• You understand that messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

b. Message Frequency

After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

If you want to join again, you may opt in using the same method you originally used to subscribe.
